Homework Guidelines

1. Write your name, class period, and date in the upper 

              right-hand corner of the paper.

2. Write the title of the assignment (often the textbook page 

              numbers) on the first line of the page.

3. Don’t write out the questions from the book, instead restate the 

             question in your answer.

4. Write your answers in complete sentences.

5. Don’t begin your answers with a pronoun ("he," "she," "they,"

             "it") or "because." Be specific instead.

6. Answer each question completely, thoroughly covering all parts of 

              each question.  You will not get 100% credit for an answer 

             that is incomplete.

7. Correct spelling and grammar count when completing homework.  

              You will lose credit for writing errors.

8. Type your homework on a computer or write it neatly by hand.
